What counts as one monster?

One brand-new generated character — mesh, rig, animation clips, and a clean commercial GLB. Re-downloading a monster you already made is served from cache and costs nothing.

Does unused quota carry over?

No. Your generation quota resets at the start of each billing month. Models you've already saved stay in your asset warehouse up to your plan's limit.

Can I use the models commercially?

Yes. Paid plans give you clean, watermark-free files you can use in commercial games. The free tier includes a visible attribution mark.

How do refunds work?

See our Refund Policy. In short: consumed generations aren't refundable, and Paddle (our payment processor) reviews refund requests within 14 days of a charge.
