This Privacy Policy explains how Alsomind Tech Co., Ltd. ("Alsomind Tech", "we", "us"), registered in Taipei, Taiwan (Tax ID: 60307438), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use Gobkit (the "Service"). "Gobkit" is a trading name of Alsomind Tech Co., Ltd. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

We never see or store your full payment card details. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Card data is handled entirely by Paddle under PCI-DSS.

1. Data we collect

You provide

Account data — your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
Support communications — messages you send us by email.

Collected automatically

Usage data — generations, credit balance, saved assets, and basic product interactions, used to run your account and enforce plan limits.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, and request metadata, processed by our infrastructure providers for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

From our payment processor

Billing data — Paddle provides us with your subscription status, plan, country, and a customer identifier so we can grant access and credit your account. We do not receive your card number.

2. How we use your data

To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
To process subscriptions, apply your monthly quota, and deliver generated assets.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
To respond to support requests and send essential service notices.
To comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (security and improvement), and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards:

Paddle — payment processing, billing, and tax (Merchant of Record).
Cloudflare — hosting, compute (Workers), storage, content delivery, and security, including the Turnstile human-verification challenge to block bots.

5. Cookies & similar technologies

We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure the Service (including Turnstile). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we retain limited data as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@alsomindtech.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. For billing data held by Paddle, you can also contact Paddle directly.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including through our providers' global infrastructure. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
