Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Gobkit, operated by Alsomind Tech Co., Ltd. (Taipei, Taiwan · Tax ID: 60307438; "Gobkit" is a trading name of Alsomind Tech Co., Ltd.). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
In short: you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Generations you've already used are not refundable, and unused monthly quota doesn't roll over. Refund requests are reviewed within 14 days of a charge.
1. Subscriptions & cancellation
- Gobkit plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and any remaining quota until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after it has started, except where required by law.
2. Consumed generations are non-refundable
Because each generation delivers a downloadable asset and incurs real compute cost at the moment it runs, credits or quota that you have already used to generate Monsters are non-refundable. Re-downloading a Monster already in your warehouse is free and does not consume quota.
3. Unused monthly quota
Your monthly generation quota resets at the start of each billing period. Unused quota does not roll over and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
4. 14-day discretionary refunds
If you are unhappy with a charge, you may request a refund within 14 days of that charge. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account usage during the period (for example, the number of generations consumed). We may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle.
5. Duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us and we will work with Paddle to investigate and, where appropriate, refund promptly.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@alsomindtech.com with the email address on your account and, if available, the Paddle order or receipt number from your purchase confirmation. You may also submit a request directly through the link in your Paddle receipt. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster by email.
7. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
