Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gobkit website, application, and services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Alsomind Tech Co., Ltd. ("Alsomind Tech", "we", "us"), a company registered in Taipei, Taiwan (Tax ID: 60307438). "Gobkit" is a trading name of Alsomind Tech Co., Ltd. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Gobkit generates 3D character assets ("Monsters") — including mesh, rig, animation clips, and an exportable GLB file — for use in games and interactive applications. Features, quotas, and plan details are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are offered as monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly generation quota that resets at the start of every billing period. Unused quota does not roll over.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
• Prices are shown in US Dollars. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your location.
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. License to generated assets

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your subscription being in good standing:

• On paid plans, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute the Monsters you generate, including in commercial products. Delivered files are provided without a watermark or attribution requirement.
• On the free tier, generated Monsters include a visible attribution mark and are provided for evaluation and non-commercial use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service itself, or offer a substantially similar generation service using assets obtained from Gobkit.

We retain all rights in the Service, the underlying models, software, and the Gobkit brand.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that depicts or sexualizes minors; to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent generation limits, rate limits, or security controls; to resell credits or share a single account across an organization beyond fair use; or to use automated means to abuse the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features described as "roadmap" or "coming soon" are not guaranteed and may change or be withdrawn. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alsomind Tech's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; licenses to assets you generated while in good standing survive as described in Section 5.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Taiwan Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
